Can I come on my own?
Yes. Meet Muğla is here to help people meet. A moderator leads the meetup; you do not need to bring a friend.
How do I get my first free event?
Create your free account and reserve a place at an eligible standard event. This benefit is available once for your account and is used when your attendance is checked in. It does not apply to special events or workshops.
What happens after my free visit?
You can take a monthly membership to continue joining standard meetups. You can also join separately paid special events without a membership.
What does membership include?
Unlimited standard events during your active membership period. Booking and capacity limits still apply for every event. Special events and workshops are paid separately.
Are food and drinks included?
No. Membership and tickets cover participation only. You pay for food and drinks at the venue separately.
Can I join a special event without membership?
Yes. Special events are open to members and non-members. Everyone pays the separate ticket price shown on the event page. Your first free visit does not apply.
How can I cancel a reservation?
Go to Account → Reservations and select “Cancel reservation” for the event. Your place is released. If you have not checked in, your free visit becomes available again. Contact the moderator about any special event payment already received.
How is my membership activated after paying cash?
A moderator or admin records the cash received on your account. See your start and end dates in Account → Membership. Sending a payment request alone does not activate membership.
Does membership renew automatically?
No. There are no automatic charges. You can renew with cash; early renewal adds one month after your current end date. Card payments are not yet available.
What happens when an event is full?
You cannot make a new reservation when the event is full. Cancelled places become available again. Membership does not guarantee a place at a full event.
How do I contact my moderator?
Use the message button on the event page. The venue, time and event information appear there too. Ask the moderator any event-specific questions.
